Make backups of data from iPhone, restore and delete backups

One of the most common (and obvious) recommend before hacking (change settings) iPhone is to backup your iPhone data first so that if things are not going as we please, then you can at least restore your iPhone as usual, to avoid losing all the settings You like the sound settings, widget settings, a particular network
setting, and the other preferences and information such as text messages, notes, call history contact favorites etc.

“You can use iTunes to sync content on your computer (such as music, podcasts, videos, ringtones1, photos, email account settings, contacts, calendars, and bookmarks) with your iPhone or iPod touch. Synchronization ensure this is the same content on your iPhone or iPod touch and computer. You can also use iTunes to create a backup of settings and certain other information on your iPhone or iPod touch to use if you want to restore the software on your iPhone or iPod touch or transfer this information to different devices. Backup information includes information such as mail settings , the text messages, notes, call history, contact favorites, sound settings, widget setting, certain network settings, and other preferences. “
